Denis ILIE-ABLACHIM was born in Tulcea, Romania, in 1994. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University Politehnica of Bucharest, Romania, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. He is currently a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, University Politehnica of Bucharest, where he has worked since 2019. He is also a Ph.D. student. The main research topics involve sparse learning and kernel methods with applications in classification algorithms and anomaly detection.
